In response to Salesforce's Winter '25 release, Komodo Health regression tested critical updates and updates that may have significant impact on the Komodo Publications Planning product. Testing occurred in out-of-the-box Komodo Publications Planning Fall '23 and Spring '24 environments and introduced a new known issue (KI) where close buttons for modals now appear as white squares instead of white X's. The workaround steps in KI-121 have been updated to include three more trusted URLs for a total of five.

A new known issue (KI) has been identified where viewing a Document Version (mvn__CM_Document_Version__c) record updates the Last Modified By (LastModifiedById) value. For more information about the KI, including how to replicate and work around the issue, reference KI-127.

A new known issue (KI) has been identified where non-admin users are unable to check in Microsoft 365 files due to a missing permission set. For more information about the KI, including how to replicate and work around the issue, reference KI-126.

A hotfix for Komodo Publications Planning Spring '24 has been released to resolve several issues with creating and provisioning document collaborators, including the known issue (KI) where duplicate document collaborators were sometimes created when plan team members were automatically provisioned access to documents. For more information about the 1.32.0.1 hotfix, reference the Hotfixes section in the Spring '24 release notes or the Komodo Publications Planning Spring '24 section in the Hotfixes page. The related work item in KI-120 was incorrectly listed as PLTFM-2510 when it was actually PLTFM-2150. This has been corrected.

A hotfix for Komodo Publications Planning Fall '23 has been released to resolve several issues with creating and provisioning document collaborators, including the known issue (KI) where duplicate document collaborators were sometimes created when plan team members were automatically provisioned access to documents. In response to Salesforce's Summer '24 release, Komodo Health regression tested critical updates and updates that may have significant impact on the Komodo Publications Planning product. Testing occurred in out-of-the-box Komodo Publications Planning Fall '23 and Spring '24 environments and introduced a new known issue (KI) where content security policy (CSP) directives prevent Office 365™ iframes from loading. A known issue (KI) that was introduced on 04/04/2024 has been closed such that enabling clickjack protections for Visualforce pages no longer causes document workflows to become unresponsive. For more information, reference the original 04/04/2024: KI-118 announcement below as well as KI-118.

As of today, Komodo Publications Planning Spring '24 has been released and is available for installation via the Komodo Install Service at https://install.komodohealth.com/products/kpp/latest.
