[Salesforce Winter ’25 release] Close button for modals appear as a white square

Description

Upon upgrading to Salesforce’s Winter ’25 release, the close button for modals now appear as a white square instead of a white X. For more information, reference Salesforce’s Lightning Design System release notes.

Steps to reproduce

Open any Komodo Publications Planning modal. Notice how there is a white square above the modal where the white X button should be. For example:

  1. On a new or existing Document record, click Start Workflow. The “Start Workflow” modal opens.

  2. Above the modal, a white square appears.

    • Click the white square. The modal closes.

Workaround

You can continue to click the white square to close an open modal.
