Spring '24 release notes​

As of today, the Scientific Publications Cloud product Spring '24 release notes have been published. It details the specific features, enhancements, and bug fixes that will be included in the upcoming release. Product updates​

The new release will introduce the following features and enhancements:

  • Mute document and workflow task notifications

  • File attachments in workflow task emails for internal users

  • Edit metadata on checked out documents

The new release will also fix the following known issues:

  • KI-110: 40+ workflow task assignees hit SOQL query limits

  • KI-112: "Attempt to de-reference a null object" error on Task records

  • KI-113: Related document files are not attached to workflow task emails

Release timing​

  • Friday, March 1st: The Spring '24 release notes have been published as of today.

  • Friday, April 12th: The Spring '24 release will be generally available via the Install Service. The accompanying release notes and product documentation will be updated and published accordingly.

  • Clicking the Announcements link at the top of Scientific Publications Cloud product documentation landing page

  • Clicking the Announcements heading in Scientific Publications Cloud product documentation left-side navigation menu

Prior version release notes​

You can now access the release notes for all versions of Scientific Publications Cloud product that are officially supported, including previously released versions of the product. The release notes of previous versions are available in the left-side navigation menu nested under the release notes of the latest or upcoming version.
