11/25/2024: Fall '24 Hotfix 1 (1.38.0.3) & Spring '24 Hotfix 2 (1.32.0.2)

A hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud product Fall '24 and a hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud product Spring '24 have been released to resolve an issue where large files prevented users from advancing in workflow modals and to introduce the ability to for users to try different Collaborator Portal versions in sandbox environments.
