11/25/2024: Fall '24 Hotfix 1 (1.38.0.3) & Spring '24 Hotfix 2 (1.32.0.2)

A hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud Fall '24 and a hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud Spring '24 have been released to resolve an issue where large files prevented users from advancing in workflow modals and to introduce the ability to for users to try different Collaborator Portal versions in sandbox environments.
