02/11/2025: Fall '24 Hotfix 3 (1.38.1.4)

A hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud Fall '24 has been released to ensure that workflows with tasks of different types (e.g., one approval task and one general task) always transition when a user completes all of the tasks.
