02/11/2025: Fall '24 Hotfix 3 (1.38.1.4)

A hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud product Fall '24 has been released to ensure that workflows with tasks of different types (e.g., one approval task and one general task) always transition when a user completes all of the tasks.
