06/28/2024: Fall '23 1.31.0.8 hotfix & KI-122 closed

A hotfix for Scientific Publications Cloud product Fall '23 has been released to resolve several issues with creating and provisioning document collaborators, including the known issue (KI) where duplicate document collaborators were sometimes created when plan team members were automatically provisioned access to documents.
