| Description | Users can select files in the Start Workflow modal to be included in the workflow task email notifications that are sent to external task assignees. The files that the users can select from include both the parent document file as well as any related document files. However, users are running into an issue where selecting one or more of the related document files prevents all attachments from being included in the workflow task emails. Users do not run into this issue if they only select the parent document file. | ||

| Steps to reproduce | 1. Create a Workflow Stage Activity (mvn__CM_Workflow_Stage_Activity__mdt) metadata record. 2. Enable the file attachment capability on the workflow stage activity. For more information, reference Attach files. 3. Create a Document record and upload a file. This will be the parent document. 4. Create another Document record, upload a file, and relate it to the parent document. This will be the related document. 5. On the parent document, start the workflow with the workflow stage activity. 6. On the workflow stage activity, select the related document file and assign the task to an external document collaborator. 7. Start the workflow. The external document collaborator will receive a workflow task email notification without the related document file. | ||
