11/04/2024: Product documentation and known issues updates
Medical Information Cloud V15 was released on November 4, 2024. In response to this release, associated updates were made throughout our documentation.
Some noteworthy product documentation updates include (but are not limited to):
New: Ability to mute document and workflow task notifications.
Updated: E2B module.
Updated: Locking framework.
Updated: Trigger action framework enhancements.
Updated: Improved document search.

Known issue updates
The following known issues were resolved in Medical Information Cloud V15:
The release notes for the upcoming Medical Information Cloud V15 release have been published and can be accessed here.
In response to Salesforce's Winter '25 release, Komodo Health regression tested critical updates and updates that may have significant impact on the Medical Information Cloud product. Testing occurred in out-of-the-box Medical Information Cloud Fall '23 and Spring '24 environments and introduced a new known issue (KI) where close buttons for modals now appear as white squares instead of white X's. The workaround steps in KI-121 have been updated to include three more trusted URLs for a total of five.
A new known issue (KI) has been identified where viewing a Document Version (mvn__CM_Document_Version__c
) record updates the Last Modified By (LastModifiedById
) value. For more information about the KI, including how to replicate and work around the issue, reference KI-127.
A new known issue (KI) has been identified where non-admin users are unable to check in Microsoft 365 files due to a missing permission set. For more information about the KI, including how to replicate and work around the issue, reference KI-126.
A new known issue (KI) has been identified where document searches are missing expected results. For more information, reference KI-125.
The related work item in KI-120 was incorrectly listed as PLTFM-2510 when it was actually PLTFM-2150. This has been corrected.
A new known issue (KI) has been identified wherein an error appears when a user attempts to load more than 1,000 product records on the AdHoc QA page. For more information, reference KI-124.
A new known issue (KI) has been identified wherein system errors are generated when users perform a new account search with Lightning Web Security disabled in their environment. For more information, reference KI-123.
