Status | In Progress | Related work item | MIC-3025 |
Description | If the user running the upgrade is not properly licensed for Nintex DocGen, then the installer fails to take a backup and throws the error ‘Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'includes')`
Affects Versions | V11 upgrades to V12 and V12.0.X upgrade to V12.0.2 | Impacted capabilities | MIC Install Service |
Steps to Reproduce | In an MIC V11 environment, attempt the backup process and observe the error. NoteThe user must not have a Nintex license (cannot see the objects in Salesforce).
Workaround | Ensure that the user running the install has the DocGen admin permission set AND make sure they have a license or the org has a site license in Setup->Apps->Packaging->Installed Packages->“Manage Licenses” next to Docgen.
