Description

The Search button no longer works when searching for an account to link to an Interaction. This issue occurs only in Sandbox environments when the ‘Use enhanced domains’ box is checked (i.e., enabled) for the Domain Suffix under My Domain Details.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a Sandbox instance of Medical Information Cloud V7 through V11.

  2. From Setup, search ‘My Domain’ in the Quick Find box.

  3. Click ‘My Domain’.

  4. Click ‘Edit’ in the My Domain Details section.

  5. Click the ‘Use enhanced domains’ checkbox under the Domain Suffix setting.

  6. Click ‘Save’.

  7. Wait for the provisioning process to complete.

  8. Once complete, navigate to the Interactions component in the sandbox instance.

  9. Open an interaction.

  10. Click Search.

  11. Note that the search functionality does not work.

Workaround

Customers on MIC v11.0.0:

  • Upgrade to the latest version of MIC (v11.0.1)
