Version 10.0.3 Enhanced Domains Hotfix
This document contains release notes for Version 10.0.3 (V10.0.3) of Medical Information Cloud. The release notes are organized into the following high-level sections:

Defects
An issue was identified in which the Account Search feature within an Interaction no longer worked properly in sandbox and non-production orgs. The cause of the issue was determined to be related to Enhanced Domains being enabled. As of the Salesforce Winter '23 release, Enhanced Domains will be automatically turned on when pushed to sandbox and non-production orgs. This push is expected to happens as early as 08/26/2022.
Special considerations
This issue does not impact production environments in the Winter '23 release. However, this does pose an issue for customers that are validating non-production environments in preparation for a product release that does not include the latest version of MIC (v11.0.1).
It is strongly recommended that the hotfix be applied to production environments as well, for the reasons listed below.
