How to Contact Customer Support
For help with the Medical Information Cloud product, contact Komodo Health's Customer Support team using either option below.
Project Community Portal
The Project Community Portal is the best way to reach the Customer Support team if you are an existing customer.
To open a help ticket:
Go to the Project Community Portal
Sign in
Click the Work tab
Select Tickets
Click New
Add relevant information to the ticket, including details in these required fields:
Title - enter a title for the help ticket
Description - enter a short description of the issue
Engagement - select the engagement the ticket is related to. Usually, there is only one engagement to choose from.
Priority - select a priority level for the ticket
Status - make sure the "Open" value is selected
Click Save
Once the ticket is submitted, you will receive notifications about its status via email and Project Chatter.
If you cannot open a ticket in the Project Community, contact the Customer Support team at customersuccess@mavens.com.
