How to Contact Customer Support
If you have trouble locating a known issue, please contact customer support using either of the options below.
The Project Community Portal
The Project Community Portal is the best place to reach Customer Support if you are an existing customer.
To open a help ticket or submit a feature request:
Go to the Project Community Portal.
Sign in.
Click the Work tab.
Select Tickets.
Click New.
Add relevant information to the ticket, including details in these required fields:
Title - enter a title for the help ticket.
Engagement - select the engagement that this ticket is related to.
Priority - select a priority level for the ticket.
Share In Project Community? - check this box.
Status - make sure the "Open" value is selected.
Click Save.
You will receive updates on the ticket through email and Project Chatter.
