Affects Versions

V8, V9, MIC V10

Fix Version

MIC V11

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the list of MED_E2B_Field_Mapping__mdt custom metadata records, and set different values for MED_Value__c on the N.2.r.2 and N.2.r.3 records.

  2. Generate an E2B file.

  3. View the file. The Message Sender Identifier (N.2.r.2) and Message Receiver Identifier (N.2.r.3) values display in the wrong location. Specifically, the value you set on the N.2.r.2 record displays where the N.2.r.3 value should be used, and the value you set for N.2.r.3 displays where the N.2.r.2 value should be used.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to the list records for the MED_E2B_Field_Mapping__mdt custom metadata.

  2. Open the N.2.r.2 record in edit mode, and replace the value for MED_Value__c with the intended recipient of the transmission of the ICSR reports. Click Save.

  3. Open the N.2.r.3 record in edit mode, and replace the value for MED_Value__c with the creator of the ICSR reports. Click Save.
