Description | An error occurs when a user opens a Medical Information Cloud Inquiry Management Request record that has a Medical Information Cloud Content Management unpublished document attached. While users cannot add unpublished documents to a Request, published documents can become unpublished after they have been added to a Request record. | ||

Steps to Reproduce | 1. Create, self-approve, and publish a Custom Response document. The Custom Response's version is v1.0. 2. Add the Custom Response document to a Request record. - Create an Interaction. - Create a Request. - Link the Custom Response document to the Request. 3. Upload a new version to the Custom Response document. The updated Custom Response's version is v2.0. Custom Response v2.0 supersedes Custom Response v1.0. 4. Open the Request record, and click on the attached document. An error occurs because the Request record is associated with a superseded document, Custom Response v1.0. | ||
Workaround | If the error occurs, recreate the Request record and attach only published documents. |
