Steps to Reproduce

  1. As a Content Author, publish a global document.

    1. Log in as a Content Author.

    2. Create and publish a global document.

  2. As an Administrator, publish a local version of the global document.

    1. Log in as an Administrator.

    2. Navigate to the global document you published in step 1.

    3. Create and publish a local version of the global document.

  3. As a Content Author, create a new draft of the global document.

    1. Log in as a Content Author.

    2. Navigate back to the global document you published in step 1.

    3. Create a new draft of the global document. The Chatter API is unable to post a system event notification to the local version's chatter feed because the Content Author does not have access to the local version.
