Description | Dynamically generated fulfillment documents are not correctly resolving merge fields that are sourced directly from fields on an Account or Case related to the specific Fulfillment. This error seems to only occur on the first attempt to generate a fulfillment document, as subsequent attempts have been shown to work as expected. | ||

Steps to Reproduce | To reproduce and observe symptoms perform the following steps within MIC Lightning: 1. Create Interaction, Request, and Fulfillment records 2. Click Generate Package button on fulfillment 3. Note the document name "Fulfillment for Interaction.docx" with no Case number (also no Case fields merged into the fulfillment document) 4. Click Generate Package button on fulfillment again + delete existing file 5. Note everything is fine | ||
Workaround | There are two available workarounds: # Click generate, immediately cancel and generate again # Configure docs and DDPs to only use merge fields from the Fulfillment. |
