[Salesforce Spring ’23 release] Creation of Consent records throws an error

Created

Updated

Status

Done

Description

After upgrading to Salesforce’s Spring ’23 release, Consent (mvn__PJN_Contact_Point_Type_Consent__c) records can no longer be created in the Enrollment Wizard or from a care plan. Instead, a “Value does not exist or does not match filter criteria” error appears. This is because the lookup filter criteria on the Patient (mvn__PJN_Patient__c) Account lookup field references the Patient record type instead of PJN_Patient.

Affects Versions

KCC V1.1.0

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: Be in a Komodo Care Connect environment with Spring ’23 features enabled.

  1. Attempt to create a new Consent (mvn__PJN_Contact_Point_Type_Consent__c) record, either by enrolling a patient in the Enrollment Wizard or by navigating to an existing Care Plan (Case) record.

  2. When you click Save, notice the error message that appears. No Consent record is created.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround available for this issue. The fix will be available in the next Komodo Care Connect release.
