How to contact customer support
For help with the Komodo Care Connect product, contact your Komodo Health managed services consultant or contact Komodo Health's Customer Support team using either option below.
Project Community Portal
The Project Community Portal is the best way to reach the Customer Support team if you are an existing customer.
To open a help ticket:
Log into the Project Community Portal.
Click the Work tab.
Select Tickets.
Click New.
Add relevant information to the ticket, including details in the following required fields:
Title - enter a title for the help ticket.
Description - enter a short description of the issue.
Engagement - select the engagement the ticket is related to. Usually, there is only one engagement to choose from.
Priority - select a priority level for the ticket.
Status - make sure the
Open
value is selected.
Click Save.
Once the ticket is submitted, you will receive notifications about its status via email and Project Chatter.
If you cannot open a ticket in the Project Community, contact the Customer Support team at customersuccess@mavens.com.
