Pharmacies

Komodo Care Connect can triage patients to pharmacies, including specialty pharmacies, and then process the information that the pharmacies return. The data that the pharmacies send back to Komodo Care Connect usually takes on one of the following two forms:

  • a product shipment, which can be captured in the Shipment (mvn__PJN_Shipment__c) custom object

  • a status update, which can be captured in the Event (mvn__PJN_Event__c) custom object with the Pharmacy Status Update (PJN_Pharmacy_Status_Update) record type and then rolled up to the parent care plan via event rollups

Note

Out of the box, users can view, but not create, Shipment records and PJN_Pharmacy_Status_Update Event records.
