Description

When a user tries to open a Request, Fulfillment, Adverse Event, or Product Quality Complaint record, a Salesforce error occurs, and the record does not load. For this error to occur, Salesforce Spring '22 release updates must be enabled in your environment.

Note: We have a Case regarding this issue open with Salesforce.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite includes:

  • Spring '22 must be enabled in your environment.

To reproduce the issue:

  1. Open the Request record page in the Lightning App Builder.

  2. Verify that the Field Audit Trail Related List component is on the page. If it is not, add the component to the page, and save the change. For more information, visit https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.lightning_app_builder_customize_lex_pages.htm&type=5.

  3. Open an existing Request record. A Salesforce error occurs, and the record does not load.
