Description

When the country is changed on the Ad Hoc QA Visualforce page, the Product lookup component does not register the country change to allow for selection of the correct country-specific product(s).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. From the App Launcher, search for and select Ad Hoc QA. If you have permission, the MED_AdHocQA tab opens.

  2. Select a country of the Interaction to filter from the drop-down.

  3. Click on the Product field to pull up the available products associated with the selected country.

  4. Change the selected country and click on the Product field again. Product lookup does not re-render and the same products appear in the drop-down.

Workaround

Change the ad-hoc-qa filter setting name for Product to lowercase. This will cause the product field detection to fail and render a native Salesforce lookup instead, allowing users to select any valid product.
