Description	If a file is uploaded to an Adverse Event after the E2B generation Visualforce page is rendered, then the file will not be correctly merged into the E2B XML package.

Steps to Reproduce	Create an Adverse Event on the Adverse Event Lightning page. Manually upload a file to the Adverse Event without refreshing the page. Generate the E2B file via the Visualforce component on the Adverse Event Lightning page immediately after file upload. The attached file is missing from the XML package.
Workaround	Customers should use the Generate E2B quick action to generate the Visualforce page in a modal instead of the Visualforce component on the Adverse Event page. Refresh the Adverse Event page before generating the E2B file.
