10/26/2026: KI-160

A new known issue (KI) has been identified where sending an email with an attachment from an Interaction fails. The error occurs when the email is sent before Salesforce saves it as a draft. The fix is planned for Spring '27. For more information about the KI, including how to reproduce and work around the issue, reference KI-160.
