09/24/2026: Spring '26 (V18) release notes update

The Spring '26 (V18) release notes have been updated to remove items that are delivered only through the Medical Information Cloud - Setup plan in the Install Service and are not part of the Medical Information Cloud package upgrade. This includes the standard configuration enhancements, the highlights panel for closed Adverse Events, Field Audit tracking for Content Version and Content Document, the E2B(R3) picklist value updates, and the Workflow Task Detail Page activation, along with the related page layout, profile, and global value set entries in the Metadata changes section.

Additionally, the Apex classes tables now list only the classes that are exposed as global, and the namespace shown for each class has been corrected.
