07/28/2026: Customization guidelines update

A new Country-specific customization section has been added to the Customization guidelines. It describes how to drive country-specific behavior from the Region (mvn__MED_Region__c) lookup on the Interaction (Case) object, how to set up your region data, and what to watch out for when building customizations on top of it.
