Steps to ReproducePre-Requisites: 1. Since this only affects the MCM integration, ensure that the Document Search Handler is configured to search MCM. 2. In the Document Field Setting (MED_Document_Field_Setting__mdt) custom metadata type, navigate to the Global - Country (results) record. Click Edit. Ensure there is a value in the Attachment List Order field. In a Request, search for and attach a document to the Interaction. Observe that the Country field is blank.
