| Steps to Reproduce | Prerequisite includes: - Spring '22 must be enabled in your environment. To reproduce the issue: 1. Open the Request record page in the Lightning App Builder. 2. Verify that the Field Audit Trail Related List component is on the page. If it is not, add the component to the page, and save the change.
