| Description | If a user signs in to multiple orgs, it is possible to open a link to Office 365™ from an org that the user isn't signed in to Office 365™ with because Office 365™ sessions are tied to org sessions. This will result in the Office 365™ host page returning a "File not found" error. | | |
| Impacted Capabilities | None | Affected Apps | Medical Information Cloud - Lightning |
| Affects Versions | MIC V10 | Fix Version | None |
| Steps to Reproduce | 1. Sign in to Office 365™ with Org A. 2. Sign into Org B and try to open a checked out document. Since the user session is authenticated with Office 365™ via Org A, the "File not found" error will be thrown when trying to view a document owned by Org B. | | |
| Workaround | 1. Log out of all other orgs. 2. Log out and log in to Office 365™ here. The user is now authenticated with Office 365™ via the org that owns the document they are trying to access and will not see "File not found". | | |
