| Steps to Reproduce | 1. In the Lightning App Builder, add the Fulfillment Files List Lightning Web Component to the Fulfillment record page. 2. Create an Interaction record, a Request record, and then a Fulfillment record. 3. From the Fulfillment record, click Generate Package. 4. Select Customize as the delivery method for the DocGen Package. This saves the Fulfillment Package as a .docx file on the Fulfillment. 5. Click Run. 6. In the Fulfillment Files List component, select Finalize from the action menu for the attachment. The .docx file is converted to .pdf, and the new filename includes the file extension from before the conversion. | | |
