| Steps to Reproduce | 1. As a Content Author, publish a global document. 1. Log in as a Content Author. 2. Create and publish a global document. 2. As an Administrator, publish a local version of the global document. 1. Log in as an Administrator. 2. Navigate to the global document you published in step 1. 3. Create and publish a local version of the global document. 3. As a Content Author, create a new draft of the global document. 1. Log in as a Content Author. 2. Navigate back to the global document you published in step 1. 3. Create a new draft of the global document. The Chatter API is unable to post a system event notification to the local version's chatter feed because the Content Author does not have access to the local version. | | |
