| Steps to Reproduce | To reproduce and observe symptoms perform the following steps within MIC Lightning: 1. Create Interaction, Request, and Fulfillment records 2. Click Generate Package button on fulfillment 3. Note the document name "Fulfillment for Interaction.docx" with no Case number (also no Case fields merged into the fulfillment document) 4. Click Generate Package button on fulfillment again + delete existing file 5. Note everything is fine | | |
