Active KIs

The following is a list of active known issues (KIs) in the  product:

  • KI-153: "Variable Does not exist: ContactPointAddress" error when installing Winter/Spring '26 version

  • KI-152: Country/ Requester Type not set on the Interaction (Case object) when created via Email-to-Case
